
BOOKING POLICIES
1. PAYMENT FOR ALL SERVICES MUST BE PAID, IN CASH, UPON ARRIVAL FOR APPOINTMENT. IF PAYMENT IS NOT MADE, SERVICES WILL NOT BE RENDERED AND YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE, WITH A CANCELED APPOINTMENT. DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE IN ALL CASES.
**CASH APP IS ACCEPTED AND AN ADDITIONAL $5 CHARGE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR SERVICE FOR ITS USE**

2. ARRIVE FOR APPOINTMENT WITH CLEAN LASHES. CLEAN LASHES MEANS, NO EYEMAKEUP OF ANY FORM, NO LASHES FROM A PRIOR SERVICE (UNLESS YOU HAVE SCHEDULED A FILL IN). IF YOU ARRIVE WITHOUT CLEAN LASHES, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE A LASH BATH IN ADDITION TO YOUR LASH APPLICATION SERVICE OR YOU MAY RESCHEDULE YOUR LASH SERVICE WITHIN TWO WEEKS FROM THE DATE. YOU MAY ALSO CANCEL YOUR LASH SERVICE AND FORFEIT DEPOSIT.

3. I ALLOW A 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD, PLEASE INFORM ME THAT YOU WILL BE RUNNING LATE. ANYTHING AFTER 10 MINUTES IS CONSIDERED A CANCELED APPOINTMENT.

4. RUSHED WORK WILL NOT BE PERFORMED, PLAN ACCORDINGLY. FILL INS WILL NOT BE PERFORMED OVER ANOTHER ARTIST'S HYBRID & VOLUME SETS (CLASSIC SETS ARE WELCOME). IF LESS THAN 50% OF LASHES ARE STILL ON WHEN CLIENT ARRIVES FOR A FILL IN, THAT CLIENT WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE PRICE OF A FRESH FULL SET. IF SCHEDULE PERMITS. THE CLIENT MAY ALSO RESCHEDULE THE FULL SET FOR A LATER DATE (WITHIN A 1 WEEK OF DATE)
5. FILL INS ARE ONLY OFFERED FOR 2 & 3 WEEKS AFTER FULL SET APPLICATION OR LAST FILL IN. ADDITIONALLY, IF CLIENT DOES NOT HAVE MORE THAN 50% OF LASHES STILL APPLIED, CLIENT WILL BE CHARGED FOR A FULL SET IF TIME PERMITS FOR A FULL SET APPLICATION. IF TIME DOES NOT PERMIT, CLIENT MAY RESCHEDULE ONCE, FOR A LATER DATE AND TIME, DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

6. IF YOU NO CALL NO SHOW, EVERY SERVICE YOU BOOK THEREAFTER WILL REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT TO BOOK & YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR HALF THE TOTAL PRICE OF THE SERVICE AS THIS IS AN APPOINTMENT SLOT THAT COULD HAVE BEEN BOOKED BY SOMEONE ELSE. YOU ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO CONTINUE TO BOOK, YOU WILL BOOK PER USUAL PROCEDURE WITH THE ADDITION OF HAVING TO RECEIVE A TEXT CONFIRMATION FROM ME PERSONALLY OF YOUR BOOKING, SO PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR PHONE NUMBER WHEN BOOKING. IF I CANNOT REACH YOU TO SEND YOU CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED AND AVAILABLE TO ANOTHER (ON MY CALENDAR) AND NO MONIES WILL BE REFUNDED. (THE POLICY WRITTEN HERE, #6, IS FOR NO CALL NO SHOWS)

7. IF YOU SHOULD HAVE ANY ISSUES, YOU HAVE 48 HOURS FROM THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT, TO LET ME KNOW. I AM HAPPY TO MAKE CHANGES AS MERITED.

- 1 RESCHEDULE PER DEPOSIT
- ALL CANCELLATIONS RESULT IN NON FREFUNDABLE DEPOSITS
- CLIENT CANCELS & NO SHOWS, LOSE DEPOSIT & MUST SUBMIT A NEW DEPOSIT/BOOK A NEW APPOINTMENT
- IF NO COMMUNICATION OF RESCHEDULE WITHIN 4 HOURS OF APPOINTMENT, THAT IS CONSIDERED A CANCELLATION
- IF CLIENT DOES NOT COME TO APPOINTMENT ALONE, THIS IS CONSIDERED A CANCELLATION
- CLIENT IS LATE BEYOND GRACE PERIOD
- CLIENT DOES NOT HAVE FUNDS UPON ARRIVAL AND DOES NOT WANT TO PAY VIA CASHAPP (INCLUDING THE CASHAPP FEE)
- CLIENT HAS MAKEUP ON LASHES & DOES NOT WANT TO PURCHASE A LASH BATH
- CLIENT IS DISRESPECTFUL
- CLIENT ARRIVES FOR A FILL IN WITH LESS THAN 50% OF LASHES APPLIED FROM PRIOR SERVICE & DOES NOT WANT TO PAY PRICE OF FULL SET OR RESCHEDULE A FULL SET FOR A LATER DATE
